We are looking for a junior Data Scientist specializing in LLMs to join our friendly team!
Your tasks will include:
- working with text datasets and defining data requirements for model training
- fine-tuning and adapting LLM models (Qwen, Gemma, Llama, etc.)
- developing solutions based on generative AI and solving non-standard code generation tasks using LLMs
- optimizing generation quality and reducing hallucinations
- conducting experiments and evaluating model quality
We expect you to have:
- confident proficiency in Python for ML
- practical experience with LLM and NLP models
- experience in fine-tuning open-source models
- understanding of instruction tuning, SFT, LoRA / QLoRA, RLHF / DPO
- experience building RAG systems
- prompt engineering skills
- experience with ML and data manipulation libraries (pandas, numpy, sklearn, catboost, xgboost, lightgbm, pytorch, tf, etc.)
- experience working in Linux
- desirable: Experience with Code Generation
