💰 FINANCE MANAGER / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
📍 Limassol A Cypriot construction company is looking for a Finance Manager to manage the company's cash flows, daily liquidity, and control the budgets of construction projects.
Having Professional Indemnity Insurance will be an advantage.
The ideal candidate loves numbers, order in documents, and sleeps soundly after submitting reports 😊
⚙️ Responsibilities • managing the company's daily liquidity • monitoring bank accounts and cash flow • planning and controlling payments to contractors, suppliers, and for operating expenses • monitoring receipts from clients and for construction projects • ensuring a sufficient level of operating funds in the company's accounts • working with banks and managing bank accounts • controlling construction project budgets and payment schedules • reconciling payments, invoices, and financial data • interacting with accounting and management on financial planning issues
🧠 Requirements • experience in finance / accounting / financial operations • strong command of Excel / Google Sheets • analytical thinking and attention to detail • understanding of Cyprus VAT legislation • English language at Intermediate level or higher
