Office-based work at The Oval Office in Limassol (Cyprus). We are looking for a Russian-speaking professional who understands the flexibility of management accounting and its key differences from strict, regulated accounting.

Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of management reports (P&L, Cash Flow) and financial reports for stakeholders. • Monitoring expenses and strict control over adherence to project budgets. • Preparation of monthly analytical reports, analysis of project financial indicators. • Conducting variance analysis and identifying the causes of deviations. • Analysis of business processes affecting the financial results of the project.

Job Requirements: • Higher education in Finance/Economics. • Advanced Excel and ability to work with large volumes of data. • Proven experience in preparing management reports and variance analysis. • Deep understanding of management accounting principles. • Developed communication skills, responsibility, and a focus on teamwork. • Sincere interest in professional growth in the finance field.
