🚨 Finance Manager, Middle/Senior (iGaming, Cyprus) 🚨 📍 Office (Cyprus, Limassol) We are a large international iGaming holding company, and we are looking for a strong Finance Manager to join our finance team. We need a Russian-speaking professional who understands the intricacies of management accounting and sees the real business processes behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of management and financial reporting (P&L, Cash Flow) for internal and external stakeholders; • Monitoring expenses and controlling adherence to project budgets; • Performing plan-vs-actual analysis, identifying deviations, and analyzing business processes affecting financial results; • Working with large volumes of data and advanced Excel skills.

Job Requirements: • Proven experience in preparing management reports; • Deep understanding of management accounting principles; • Higher education in finance/economics. • Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and autonomy; • Willingness to work in an office in Cyprus.

What we offer: • Full official employment and work visa processing; • Salary: €2,200 – €3,000 net (base salary). The final salary level will be discussed based on interview results; + accommodation compensation €750 net; • Flexible start of the workday (until 10:00), paid breakfasts and lunches in the office; • 4 additional paid vacation days per year, compensation for English lessons; • Discounts under the corporate partner program; • Corporate events for employees and their family members.

This position does not involve relocation.
