Sber's "Customer Care" Department is looking for an Operational Manager to lead a new "Concierge Service" project.
Responsibilities
- launching the project on contact center resources
- defining key project metrics and monitoring their achievement
- resource planning and management: developing the project roadmap, task decomposition, resource allocation, and task control.
- searching for and implementing initiatives aimed at achieving project goals and metrics
- cross-functional collaboration with related teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- operational control: of the quality and deadlines for tasks aimed at achieving project goals and metrics
Requirements
- you have at least 2 years of experience at the operational manager level in concierge service
- English language knowledge at a level not lower than B1 (Intermediate): spoken and written
- you know the format and operating standards of concierge service for premium clients
- have experience launching new projects/directions in customer service
- able to quickly find and verify information from various sources
- skilled in preparing presentation materials
