Who we are looking for: Hard Skills: Deep commercial development experience in Go (5+ years). Confident work with databases (PostgreSQL/Tarantool), containerization, and profiling tools. Systems Thinking: Understanding of the TCP/IP stack, balancing algorithms, and OS internal mechanisms. Soft Skills: Ability to lead technical discussions, clear Code Review, no fear of complex legacy solutions.
