What you will be doing:

• Evaluating search result quality: conducting comparisons with competitors, identifying strong and weak areas, devising search result metrics
• Automating labeling with quality growth: we are one of the few places where humans are actually replaced by LLM/VLM models, and we do it with cost savings and quality improvements
• Measuring the quality of various components of the Image Search service
• Working in close collaboration with a strong team of ML engineers

What we expect from the candidate:

• A clear mind and a desire to work
• Proficient SQL and Python
• Strong product thinking
• Interest in search technologies and AI
• Experience in the LLM / VLM field will be a plus
