Our team develops AI products for regulated, security-sensitive environments (GenAI + predictive analytics). Contract of 2+ months with probable extension. English B2+.

❗️ First 2 months - onsite work in the UAE. Business trip fully paid by the company. Afterwards - remote format.

Responsibilities:

• Build and fine-tune LLM/NLP pipelines for parsing complex technical and regulatory texts into structured output data.
• Design RAG/semantic search over large document collections and historical data.
• Develop predictive models: time-series forecasting, risk scoring, anomaly detection, optimization for decision support.
• Productionize ML: containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), secure on-prem deployments, automated pipelines (MLflow/Kubeflow).
• Optimize inference (latency/resources): quantization, distillation, monitoring, and retraining loops.
• Work in an agile format with high engineering standards and documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in ML Engineering with proven production deployment experience
• Proficient Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas/NumPy
• Practical experience with transformers and tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Strong data engineering skills (SQL + preprocessing of unstructured texts/PDFs)
• Willingness to undergo a strict background/security screening

Will be a plus:

• Experience in regulated domains and/or secure on-prem environments
• Applied optimization / graph algorithms / formalization of complex rules
• Model performance tuning at scale
