**Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Government Project) 🇦🇪🤖

Russia relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).** Format: Contract, Full-time (initially 2+ months with high probability of extension). Language: English (B2+ and higher). Relocation: Full support for moving. Conditions: Minimum of the first 6 months work on-site (Onsite), then possible transition to hybrid or remote upon agreement.

🚀 About the project: Development of AI products for the government sector in a regulated, security-sensitive environment. The stack includes GenAI (LLM) and predictive analytics for automating decision-making.

🛠 Technology stack: Languages: Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas/NumPy). GenAI: Transformers, Hugging Face, LangChain. MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow. Data: SQL + processing of unstructured data (PDF/text).

📋 Responsibilities: — Creation and fine-tuning of LLM/NLP pipelines for structuring complex technical and regulatory texts. — Design of RAG systems and semantic search over large document collections. — Development of predictive models: time series, risk scoring, anomaly detection. — Deployment of models into production: containerization, deployment in closed (on-prem) environments. — Inference optimization (quantization, distillation), monitoring, and fine-tuning loops.

🎯 Requirements (Must-have): — 5+ years of experience in ML Engineering with proven experience deploying models to Production. — Deep knowledge of Python and ML frameworks. — Practical experience with transformers and tools like LangChain. — Data Engineering skills (text preprocessing, SQL). — Willingness to undergo strict security clearance (security/background screening).

➕ Will be a plus: — Experience in regulated domains or with secured on-prem environments. — Knowledge of graph algorithms and methods for formalizing complex rules.
