Responsibilities:
- collect and analyze business requirements from customers and product owners
- describe functional and non-functional requirements
- model business processes in BPMN 2.0 / UML notations
- write technical documentation
- participate in task assignment for developers and testers
- work with REST API: describe integration interactions, test in Postman
- participate in acceptance testing and support releases
Requirements:
- understanding of the software development lifecycle, microservice architecture
- confident SQL query writing (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries)
- ability to draw BPMN and UML process diagrams
- skill in writing requirements — functional and non-functional
- experience with Git (commit, push, pull, branches)
- experience with Postman / Insomnia / Swagger
- experience with Jira / Confluence
- use of AI for routine automation: document parsing, meeting summarization, test data generation
