Description
Our team creates AI systems based on GigaChat, which will improve the workflow of client managers and enhance the quality of service for premium segment clients. Our goal is to build reliable, high-performance, and useful systems that save managers' time, increase their efficiency, and enable more informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop microservices for AI systems based on GigaChat from scratch
- Develop the backend part of systems: design and implement APIs (FastAPI), caching systems (Ignite/Redis), queues (kafka)
- Develop the system, whose core is a multi-agent architecture: designing architecture, implementing planning mechanisms and executing multi-step scenarios
- Participate in the design of architecture and new services
- Integrate ML models into service modules — collaborate with DS to develop interaction algorithms
- Optimize performance: most of our services operate online, and low latency is critical
- Ensure reliability and maintainability: implement monitoring and testing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial Python development experience
- Ability to write clean, understandable, and maintainable code
- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, as well as experience in asynchronous development
- Experience in designing and operating fault-tolerant, high-load distributed systems
- Understanding of the fundamentals of microservice architecture, including working with REST APIs, integration with message queues, interactions with databases and cache
- Understanding of how AI agents and LLMs work or strong motivation to delve into this field
- Willingness to take responsibility for the architecture, performance, and stability of complex systems
- Experience conducting code reviews
- Instrumental proficiency with AI for analysis, generation, and automation
