We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a growing international company in Limassol.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting senior management with administrative and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily office operations and administration • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events • Handle office documentation, records, and correspondence • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Manage office expenses, petty cash, and procurement • Liaise with HR, Operations, IT, and external contractors • Assist senior management with administrative tasks • Improve office procedures and internal processes
Requirements: • 3–5 years of experience in Office Administration, Office Management, or Executive Support • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience managing vendors, procurement, and office budgets • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) • Excellent communication skills in English • High level of discretion and professionalism • Ability to work independently and proactively
