Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell bank products and services
- train clients to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, and exchanging money.
Requirements
- you have a secondary education or higher
- you are friendly and willing to help clients
- you actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- you are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
