We're looking for an Accounting Specialist (Payroll & Payments) to handle payroll across multiple jurisdictions, manage cash flows and support financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Collect, prepare, and analyze data for payroll processing; calculate payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage cash flows for a group of companies, including payment execution, monitoring incoming and outgoing transactions, and liaising with banks.
- Oversee company liquidity management.
- Collect, prepare, and analyze data for management reporting.
- Prepare employment contracts and related documentation for company employees.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance within IT companies, including payroll processing.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to automate and optimize routine tasks and business processes.
