Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with company goals
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards
- Handle tax planning and ensure compliance with local and international tax legislation
- Organize audits and liaise with external auditors
- Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and capital needs
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies
- Identify and minimize financial risks (market, credit, operational)
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge in accounting, audit, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles in Cyprus
- Financial analysis
- Knowledge of taxation and regulatory framework
- Understanding of economics and business principles
- Risk management
