We are looking for an experienced and structured CRO Manager with a strong background in iGaming Affiliate projects, capable of systematically increasing conversion through a data-driven approach, A/B testing, and deep funnel work.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the iGaming / Affiliate gambling niche in a similar position from 2 years;
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with data:
Google Analytics 4: setting up events, conversions, user journey + analysis of CR / DR by pages, brands, GEO, intent;
Google Tag Manager (GTM): control of clicks, redirects, outbound events;
Affiliate analytics: clicks → redirects → registrations → deposits, as well as identifying losses at each stage;
- CRO and UX of gambling projects:
Understanding of website UX flows: brand satellites, reviews, slot pages;
Ability to form hypotheses based on data and prioritize (ICE / PIE / Impact vs Effort);
Optimization experience: brand order, casino cards, comparison tables, trust blocks;
- A/B testing:
Launching and managing A/B or split tests;
Understanding: statistical significance, sample size, test duration;
Documenting results and scaling successful solutions;
- SEO × CRO:
Intent analysis (brand / non-brand, transactional / informational);
Ability to identify conversion and non-conversion clusters, match query intent with landing page structure;
Preparing clear recommendations for the SEO team with a focus on CR;
- Business mindset:
CR analysis by brands: comparison of offers, influence of GEO, deal types (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid);
Ability to work with Affiliate Managers: demand tests, initiate new conditions, back up everything with numbers;
- Structured approach, independence, and responsibility for results;
- English from B1.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis and optimization of conversions on affiliate gambling projects;
- Building and managing CRO funnels;
- Identifying growth points and bottlenecks in analytics and UX;
- Launching A/B / split tests and scaling successful solutions;
- Analysis of CR by brands, GEO, and traffic types;
- Interaction with SEO, affiliate managers, designers, and developers;
- Preparing weekly reports on results and experiments.
Will be a plus:
- Proficiency in tools: GA4 + BigQuery, Looker Studio / Power BI / Metabase, basic SQL;
- Cohort analysis (reg → dep → redep);
- Multi-step funnels (pre-lander → review → brand → FTD);
- Working with micro-conversions;
- Understanding the differences between SEO vs PPC traffic;
- Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO;
- Knowledge of gambling regulatory restrictions by GEO.
