🔥 We are hiring: Traffic Analyst (iGaming) — Cyprus, Limassol

We are an international product iGaming project. We are looking for an experienced and systematic Traffic Analyst who can turn traffic data into understandable business solutions!

If you are fluent in navigating funnels, understand what actually affects ROI, and know how to find growth points behind the numbers — this role is for you.

📍 Location: Cyprus (we are looking for a candidate locally in Cyprus)

⏰ Format: Full-time (office). 💼 Responsibilities:

-Analyze channels: monitor effective metrics for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, PPC, Direct, Email, and Push sources. -Segment traffic: delve into breakdowns by GEO, devices, sources, and user types. -Calculate and track metrics: ROI, CPA, LTV, ARPU, Retention, Conversion Rate, etc. -Work with funnels: analyze conversions, identify bottlenecks, and hypothesize growth. -Evaluate tests and product: analyze A/B test results, the impact of bonuses, promotions, and product updates on the business. -Prepare reporting: build clear dashboards and provide marketing and product teams with specific, data-driven recommendations.

🎯 What is important to us:

-From 2 years of experience as a Traffic Analyst / Marketing Analyst / Product Analyst. -Native Russian. -Deep understanding of product and marketing metrics (ROI, LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.). -Experience with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and advanced Excel / Google Sheets. -Practical experience in analyzing paid traffic, conversion funnels, and large datasets. -English language: Intermediate+.

⭐️ Will be a plus:

-Experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate Marketing. -Knowledge of SQL. -Experience with trackers (Keitaro, Voluum, Binom) and mobile/web analytics (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
