Description
At SberData, we are building a centralized data warehouse. Sber currently possesses one of the largest data warehouses in the country - the bank's data volume has exceeded 250 PB. About 500,000 transactions are performed with our data per second. Sber's data is managed by the SberData department: our solutions are used by over 22,000 employees of the bank and its ecosystems.
The SberData DevOps team, responsible for developing the platform of one of the world's largest heterogeneous data warehouses, is looking for a DevOps Engineer.
Responsibilities
You will be tasked with:
- Building CI/CD pipelines for BigData, DWH products: data marts, ETL patches, system software, services, Web portal, AI agents
- Improving the reliability, security, and efficiency of build, testing, and deployment processes
- Maintaining supporting documentation
- Collaborating with development and support teams
- Urgently resolving issues related to service operation
- Participating in pilot solutions for ecosystems built on technologies: Hadoop, GreenPlum, ClickHouse, Postgres, etc.
Requirements
We expect:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer for 3+ years
- Skills in working with DBMS: Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, SQL
- Scripting skills: Bash, Python and/or Groovy
Experience in operating and configuring CI/CD tools:
- Mechanisms of version control systems (git / bitbucket); mechanisms of build management systems (jenkins, nexus)
- Creating automated builds of distributions (maven, sbt)
- Mechanisms of unit, functional, and integration testing systems
- Knowledge of any Configuration Management system (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Mechanisms of ETL tools operation
- Linux OS knowledge at administrator level.
