Polyline Works is looking for a part-time Backend Developer to help build and scale the systems behind our products, including Nadjimo. This is a flexible, ~20 hours/week role — you'll design APIs, work with our database and auth layers, and collaborate closely with frontend and product on a subset of our roadmap. Great fit for someone balancing another commitment (freelance, studies, another part-time role) who wants steady, meaningful work.

2+ years of backend development experience (Node.js preferred; Appwrite/Firebase experience a strong plus) Solid understanding of REST/API design, databases, and authentication Comfortable working with SvelteKit-based projects or willing to ramp up quickly Able to commit to a predictable ~20 hrs/week, with good async communication in English Bonus: experience shipping a product from early stage to production
