We are looking for a designer for long-term project collaboration in a new marketing bureau.
The first project involves completing a task for the bureau's own corporate identity. This will be a paid mini-stage, after which we will assess how well we align in terms of taste, process, and work quality. Following this, we may proceed with full identity development and further work on the bureau's client projects.
Tasks: — Visual brand concept; — Logo / mark / typographic solution; — Color and font system; — Graphic elements and visual language; — Application of style on media; — Mockups for presentations, website, social media, business documents, and print materials; — Brandbook / guideline; — Source files in working formats.
What's Important: — Experience in identity, logos, corporate styles, and brandbooks; — Strong typography and sense of composition; — Ability to create not just individual beautiful mockups, but a cohesive visual system; — Attention to detail and good taste; — Ability to work with an already formulated strategy and translate it into visuals; — Ability to explain your decisions; — Readiness for long-term project work; — Friendly communication; — Punctuality and respectful attitude towards collaborative work.
Hard Skills
Required: — Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign / Figma; — Preparation of source files for transfer to the client; — Experience in designing brandbooks / guidelines.
Will be a plus: — Packaging design experience; — 3D; — Motion / animation.
Format Remote. Project-based work. Starting with a paid mini-stage. Followed by regular collaboration on client projects.
