Responsibilities: • Write high-performance backend services in Rust • Work with EVM transactions, ABI, calldata • Build services for processing on-chain data and data pipelines • Optimize performance (async, concurrency, memory) • Participate in the development of infrastructure for algo-trading

Requirements: • Strong Rust (networking, concurrency, multithreading) • Experience with EVM • Experience in crypto trading (DEX/CEX, bots, arbitrage, etc.) • Systems thinking and understanding of low-level concepts (CPU / memory / OS)

Will be a plus: • Solidity • PostgreSQL / ClickHouse

Conditions: • Fully remote • Salary ~$5–6k (flexible for strong candidates) • Contract, payment in crypto • Annual bonus possible • Small engineering team, minimal bureaucracy
