We are looking for a strong specialist in email infrastructure & deliverability for the retention platform of an international gaming project.

About the project: — 5M+ users — self-hosted Dittofeed — custom multi-ESP SMTP router — global markets

Honestly: the current layer was assembled by engineers following guides. It works, but we need a pro who can properly redesign the email infrastructure and then own this direction.

There is carte blanche for rebuilding, and development is nearby.

What needs to be done: — Audit and redesign of the domain portfolio and routing — System warm-up and scaling of volumes from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of emails per day — Connecting and developing custom SMTP servers: PowerMTA / Halon / MailerQ — Work with deliverability, reputation, remediation, and sending stability

What is important: — 5+ years of experience in deliverability in global markets — Experience in designing sending infrastructure, not just working within ESP interfaces — Hands-on experience with MTA — Understanding of warm-up with numbers at hand — Real remediation cases
