Email / CRM Marketer (US Market) for Leonid Talpis's team. Remote.

ABOUT US: We are Leonid Talpis's team, the author of the "VseLenskaya Therapy" methodology. We are not about "textbook psychology" – we are about modern approaches, technologies, and deep practice that truly changes people's lives. More than 70 people in the team, a growing product in the psychology and spirituality niche, and ambitions to reach a new level in the US market. And now we need someone who will help turn email into a channel that sells and retains, not just sends out news. We are looking for a specialist who knows how to build email as a system: not one-off mailings, but funnels that warm up, sell, and bring back clients. Important! Experience in the US market is MANDATORY!

TASKS: Develop Email Funnels (2 segments of 6-10 emails per month): • Build a content plan and logic for sequences. • Write emails. • Design branching and triggers: opened / not opened / clicked / started purchase but didn't pay / bought, etc. • Create follow-ups, reactivation, and post-purchase communication. • Test hypotheses and optimize emails.

Database Reactivation (10 emails per month): • There is a database of 1200+ contacts without regular touchpoints – we need to develop a reactivation strategy and transition the audience to regular communication.

PR Content (preliminarily 8-10 articles per month): • Write articles for external platforms and brand promotion in the American market.

REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in email / CRM marketing and funnel building. • Experience working with the American audience (portfolio required). • English – native or fluent (from C1), sufficient for independent writing of marketing emails and articles for the US audience. • Ability to independently go through the entire process: strategy → content plan → texts → analytics. • Understanding of OR, CTR, LTV metrics. • Strong copywriting skills with adherence to the correct TOV. • Love for numbers, analytics, spreadsheets, ability to validate hypotheses and draw conclusions from data.

Will be a plus: • Experience in psychology / mental wellness / spirituality / self-development niches. • Experience with digital products, subscriptions, and database reactivation.
