CRM Marketing (Email, Push, Lifecycle)

Requirements: Experience working with databases of millions of contacts. Experience independently configuring a large automation platform without outsourcing tasks. Modern level of knowledge regarding email deliverability. Experience in building cross-channel scenarios. Ability to work with business metrics and influence them. Ability to organize A/B tests and correctly interpret the results. Bonus points for: Experience in the gaming industry. Working with a global multilingual audience. Experience with dynamic website content: stories, personalized banners, product recommendation systems, etc. Technical background: understanding event transmission from the website and backend, ability to independently formulate tasks for developers. Experience managing a CRM team.
