We are a recruitment agency Advibe Agency, specializing in recruiting specialists for international technology companies.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle / Email & SMS Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with cold and existing databases.
• Ability to independently write sales copy in English for a US audience.
• Experience in building automated flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
• English B2+ with strong written proficiency.
• Independence, analytical thinking, and proactivity.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA or willingness to quickly learn.

Responsibilities:

• Creating sales Emails/SMS for cold databases and existing players.
• Developing Welcome, Retention, Reactivation / Win-back, and VIP flows.
• Audience segmentation and development of personalized offers.
• Launching and optimizing Email/SMS campaigns.
• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing Conversion, Retention, Reactivation, and Revenue.
• Developing bonus mechanics in collaboration with Marketing and Traffic teams.
• Analyzing the US market and competitors, independently proposing ideas for results growth.

Conditions:

• Location: Prague, office
• Project: Sweepstakes / USA
• Schedule: 5/2, 15:00–00:00 Prague time
• Breaks: 1 hour for lunch + 3 breaks of 15 minutes each
• Employment Type: B2B
• Salary: up to $2,000 net, for strong candidates with 2+ years of experience — up to $3,000 net.
