🌎 CRM Retention Manager | Middle+/Senior | LatAm | iGaming

We are looking for an experienced CRM Retention Manager to work with the Latin American markets!

Main tasks: • Development and launch of CRM campaigns for LatAm • Player segmentation and communication personalization • Development of Welcome, Retention and Reactivation scenarios • Work with Email, SMS, Push and other CRM channels • Conducting A/B tests and campaign optimization • Analysis of Retention, Conversion, LTV, ARPU and Churn

Who we are looking for: ☑ Experience in CRM / Retention in iGaming ☑ Practical skills in working with CRM platforms ☑ Understanding of the specifics of the LatAm GEO ☑ Experience in creating automated CRM chains ☑ Ability to work with analytics and campaign results
