We are looking for a specialist who will take full responsibility for retaining the sports audience and manage this direction entirely independently — from idea and mechanics to launch and results analysis.

What you will do: — Develop the sports loyalty program: mechanics, levels, rewards, and economics — Devise and launch gamification: tournaments, missions, leaderboards, achievements — Plan campaigns for major sporting events and seasonal peaks — Independently collect and launch campaigns in Smartico: segmentation, bonuses, mechanics, and communications — Analyze results, conduct A/B tests, and work with retention, uplift, and bonus economics — Plan activities in advance based on the sports calendar and data

What is important: — 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention in iGaming — Experience specifically with Sports Betting is mandatory — Practical experience with Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, Symplify, or similar platforms — Understanding of sports audience behavior and retention specifics around major events — Experience with segmentation, cohort analysis, control groups, and A/B tests — Ability to independently prioritize and plan work without constant management — English at the level of business correspondence

Will be a plus: — Experience working with India and the cricket audience, especially IPL — Experience launching or developing loyalty programs — Practical experience with gamification — Understanding of responsible gaming

Format: An independent role with a high level of responsibility. Initially, there will be no direct lead — you will build the plan yourself, set priorities, and be responsible for the results. Later, this direction will become part of the Sports Retention Tribe.

First 3 months — build the sports calendar, launch several full-cycle campaigns with analytics and control groups, and prepare a development plan for the loyalty program.
