Requirements:
- Experience in commercial real estate (Street Retail, Retail, Office, Warehouses, Commercial Premises);
- Successful business communication skills with owners, buyers, and tenants;
- Friendliness and professional ethics;
- Ability to negotiate and sell;
- Ability for self-organization and effective work time planning;
- Purposefulness, responsibility, and readiness for joint development with the company.

- Remuneration: 50% of the commission per transaction;

The company structure allows for covering the entire spectrum of broker tasks through interaction with specialized departments that ensure business process support (call center, legal department, accounting and audit, marketing, etc.).
