Senior Product Designer

WANTED AT DRIVEE 💚

Hi! I'm looking for a strong product designer who will take ownership of the entire passenger experience: from the initial app launch to the end of the trip.

We are developing a service for booking taxis, intercity trips, and delivery. We operate in over 100 cities, and the app has more than 16 million downloads. At Drivee, the passenger and driver agree on the trip conditions directly. This core value of the service makes it fair, understandable, and user-centric. At the same time, it's a big challenge: it's important to help passengers understand this value at all stages of the booking process.

Together with the team, you will have to rethink how the app looks, feels, and works. There will be a lot of work with the vision and its implementation in the product: from bold concepts to the details of everyday trips.

In this role, I need a designer who: — Sees the product as a whole: connects the scenarios of passengers, drivers, and delivery — one person might use the service in different roles — Develops the vision: proposes product development concepts, defends them at the C-level, and brings them to implementation — Relies on data: connects research with product metrics, formulates hypotheses, plans A/B tests with the product team, and interprets results — Influences the backlog: suggests improvements and helps set priorities considering user benefits, business goals, and implementation complexity — Thinks about interaction: quickly prototypes with Cursor / Claude, creates a consistent UI, extracts patterns into a design system, and monitors results after launch — Improves routine: notices what hinders the team and helps make work easier and more transparent, from task definition to implementation

Experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplaces is an additional plus. There will be business trips to immerse yourself in the work and lives of our drivers and passengers.
