We are looking for: Junior Manual QA Engineer (Mobile) Company: Buddy.ai

📌 Work format: Fully remote 📌 Location: Europe and CIS countries 📌 Employment: Full-time, Monday–Friday 📌 Salary: $1,000–$1,400 (depending on experience and interview results) 📌 Russian and English — Russian C1 / English B1

📌 What you will be doing: As a Junior Manual QA Engineer, you will help ensure the quality of Buddy.ai mobile applications and create a convenient and engaging learning process for children.

📌 Your tasks:

• Perform manual testing of mobile applications for iOS and Android;
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing;
• Verify new features, user scenarios, and UI/UX for compliance with product requirements;
• Test AI features, voice recognition, and game mechanics;
• Create and maintain test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
• Find, document, reproduce, and verify defects using Jira;
• Re-check fixed bugs and perform regression testing before releases;
• Test application behavior on various mobile devices, screen sizes, and operating system versions;
• Interact with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high product quality;
• Participate in release testing and help ensure the stability of production versions;
• Propose ideas for improving product quality and testing processes.

📌 What we expect: Mandatory requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in Manual QA;
• Practical experience testing mobile applications for iOS and/or Android;
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC);
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
• Experience working with Jira or a similar bug tracking system;
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Interest in product quality and a desire to grow in mobile testing.

📌 Languages: ⚠️ Russian and English — Russian C1 / English Intermediate (B1) or higher. Confident speaking skills are required for daily interaction with the international team, participation in meetings, and reading technical documentation.
