We are looking for entry-level specialists whose goal is to become a Game Designer or Project Manager, and who consider QA a conscious step towards this goal.
In our ecosystem, QA is not just a role, but a foundation for growth and deep product understanding. It is through testing mechanics and analyzing features that strong gameplay architects emerge. We are looking for people who care about deeply understanding mechanics, understanding player behavior, and seeing the product as a whole beyond bugs, and over time, taking on more responsibility: influencing features, decisions, and project development.
We are creating conditions for growth to an expert level in game design or management, and we expect high independence, engagement, and initiative.
Tasks:
- Analysis of mechanics and user experience, formulating suggestions for improvement;
- Active participation in team discussions of features and changes;
- Manual testing of new game features on iOS, Android, MacOS, UWP platforms;
- Project testing within regression checks;
- Timely and high-quality defect reporting in the bug tracker with descriptions of causes and impact on the product.
We expect:
- Rapid growth in game design, production, or management;
- Mobile gaming experience and genuine interest in gamedev;
- Proactive approach: the ability not only to find a problem but also to propose a solution;
- Commercial manual testing experience of 6+ months;
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of testing theory.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding of game design and analytics basics;
- Experience with AI tools;
- Interest in analytics and product metrics.
