We are looking for entry-level specialists aiming to become Game Designers or Project Managers, who see QA as a conscious step towards this goal.

In our ecosystem, QA is not just a role, but a foundation for growth and deep product understanding. It is through testing mechanics and analyzing features that strong gameplay architects emerge. We are looking for individuals who are keen to delve deeply into mechanics, understand player behavior, and see the holistic product behind the bugs, eventually taking on more responsibility: influencing features, decisions, and project development.

We are creating conditions for growth to the level of an expert in game design or management, and we expect a high degree of independence, engagement, and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing mechanics and user experience, formulating suggestions for improvement;
• Actively participating in team discussions about features and changes;
• Manual testing of new game features on iOS, Android, MacOS, UWP platforms;
• Project testing within the scope of regression checks;
• Timely and high-quality defect entry into the bug tracker with a description of causes and impact on the product.

We expect:

• Rapid growth into game design, production, or management;
• Mobile gaming experience and a genuine interest in gamedev;
• Proactive approach: the ability not only to find a problem but also to propose a solution;
• Commercial experience in manual testing of at least 6 months;
• Higher education;
• Knowledge of testing theory;

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of game design and analytics fundamentals;
• Experience working with AI tools;
• Interest in analytics and product metrics.
