What we offer:
Energy and drive 🔥
- Every second Friday is a day off.
- We have a system of conscious vacations: we do not limit the number of vacation days because we trust our employees and believe that everyone can rest as much as they need, and for everyone, this is a different number of days.
- A similar situation with sick leaves: we don't need certificates, you can take a sick leave at any time and recover for as long as needed.
- We have fully remote work with a flexible schedule, you can work from anywhere in the world.
Freedom and trust 🙌
- No bureaucracy: processes are designed for people and to simplify task solving.
- We have a horizontal management system: we listen to the opinion of every employee, we have no communication barriers, tasks are not dictated from top to bottom but are discussed as equals.
- No time tracking: we trust our people and know that everyone loves their job and puts in their maximum effort. We believe this helps to approach tasks creatively.
And a little more 🚀
- We regularly conduct Performance Reviews depending on skill growth.
- We work in a non-standard genre of mobile games — action-adventure, so we have non-typical tasks and opportunities for professional growth.
