🎯 Main tasks: Personal support of VIP players Live individual communication without templates Player retention and reactivation Analysis of deposits, gaming activity, and behavior Selection of personal bonuses and privileges Resolution of complex issues in conjunction with Support and Payments

✅ What is important: Experience as a VIP Manager / VIP Account Manager in iGaming Experience supporting VIP players in online casinos Fluent spoken English is a mandatory requirement Confident written English without using a translator Understanding of GGR, NGR, LTV, Retention, wagering, and bonus mechanics Experience with CRM and Back Office
