We are looking for a VIP Manager who knows how to build long-term relationships with high-value players and create quality personalized service.

Main tasks: • Management and development of a VIP player portfolio • Personalized communications and individual approach • Development of Loyalty and Retention activities • Player reactivation and management of churn risks • Analysis of activity, LTV, and value of the VIP segment • Interaction with CRM, Payments, and Customer Support

What is important: ☑ Experience in VIP Management / VIP Account Management in iGaming ☑ Understanding the specifics of Tier-1 markets ☑ Strong communication and relationship management skills ☑ Experience working with high-value players ☑ English for communication with international players
