We are building a VIP direction on par with the best international operators and are looking for a leader who will take full responsibility for it.

What's involved: Develop VIP strategy, policies, and regional approaches Build and lead a team of VIP managers Launch a premium concierge service for high-value players Seek, validate, and attract VIP players, including from a "cold start" Build player upgrades from standard Support and CRM funnels into the VIP segment Personally represent the brand at meetings with players and at industry events Formulate requirements for the tech team for a premium client experience

Who we are looking for: ✔️ Experience managing the VIP direction in iGaming (Head/Director level) ✔️ Ability to work with a high-stakes audience and build long-term personal relationships ✔️ Understanding the difference between linear high-rollers and strategic brand advocates ✔️ Data-driven approach to retention, LTV, and segmentation ✔️ Experience in hiring and mentoring a team ✔️ Plus: experience in land-based (Vegas, Macau), poker rooms, or community management ✔️ Fluent English and Russian ✔️ Willingness to travel

Your KPIs: 📈 VIP NPS 9+/10 📈 LTV and cohort stability, churn reduction 📈 Percentage of players successfully transferred to VIP 📈 Growth in volume and financial performance of the VIP segment
