VACANCY: VIP Manager Polish (iGaming)
An international iGaming company with over 75 countries of experience is looking for a VIP Manager with Polish language skills to work with key clients, develop long-term relationships, and ensure a high level of service.
🌐 Main Tasks:
- Personal support for VIP clients and development of long-term relationships.
- Consultation and user support in Polish.
- Analysis of player deposit activity and behavior.
- Development of individual offers, bonus mechanics, and promotions.
- Client reactivation and retention, managing downturns.
- Interaction with Product, Payments, and Tech teams to resolve complex cases.
- Service quality control and improvement of retention rates.
📊 Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming
- Skill in building trusting relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze metrics (deposits, activity, retention).
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and client focus.
- Stress resistance and ability to find solutions in non-standard situations.
- Experience with KPIs and bonus systems will be an advantage.
