💎 Responsibilities: • Managing VIP / High Roller players; • Reactivation and retention; • Developing personalized bonuses and offers; • Working with player churn and analytics; • Building processes for the VIP department.

🎯 Requirements: • iGaming experience of 2+ years, with 1.5+ years working with VIP / High Rollers; • Experience in TR/AZ geos • Experience in retention and reactivation; • Understanding of GGR, NGR, LTV, Churn, and bonus mechanics; • English B2+, Russian — fluent.
