What you will be doing:

— Personal support of top VIP players throughout their customer journey — Incoming and outgoing communication: calls, messages, reactivation — OSINT and collection of relevant player information — Independent bonus issuance without intermediaries — Acceptance and processing of bets from assigned players — Analysis of player activity and preferences — Collaboration with regional teams — Maintaining interaction history in work systems

What we expect from the candidate:

✅ Experience of 2+ years in a similar position ✅ Russian/Ukrainian/English languages ✅ Knowledge of sports and casino products ✅ Understanding of player economics and bonus mechanics ✅ Experience working with Tableau ✅ Ability to work with summaries and selections ✅ Knowledge of VIP support processes ✅ Gaming experience - a big plus 🎮
