We are looking for an experienced specialist to take over the development of external VIP client acquisition — from building an agency network to launching referral mechanics 🚀 📌 Responsibilities: Search and attraction of VIP clients from external sources, building and developing a network of agents and scouts, developing and launching a referral program. Responsibility for NGR of attracted clients, analyzing the effectiveness of channels and scaling those that show results. Constant search and testing of new acquisition mechanics 📊 ✅ What we expect from the candidate: — Ability to find and qualify VIP profiles from external sources, including OSINT within legal boundaries, with verification of data accuracy — Experience in negotiations and working with agents and scouts — Understanding of commission models and ability to calculate acquisition cost — Skill in evaluating the quality of the attracted base and recognizing inorganic traffic — Confident command of NGR analytics and cohort tracking of clients — Experience working with dashboards and data exports, understanding the interrelation of metrics — Experience in launching and controlling referral mechanics — Ability to test new channels with accurate measurement of results
