✅ CMO / Head of Marketing 📍 Almaty
We are looking for a CMO / Head of Marketing to develop the marketing strategy, brand, and digital direction for our company.
Key responsibilities: • Development of marketing strategy; • Brand development and new product launches; • Scaling of digital channels and customer acquisition; • Analysis of the market and key marketing metrics; • Management of team, budget, and KPIs.
We are looking for you if: • 5+ years of experience as CMO / Head of Marketing; • Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or digital; • Expertise in digital marketing and CRM; • Experience in product launches and team management; • Knowledge of ROMI, CAC, LTV, and retention; • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
