Requirements: 7+ years of experience in engineering or operations (at least 5 years in DevOps). Experience in banking or fintech. Experience supporting large-scale distributed systems with High Availability. CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD). Automation with Ansible. Docker / Podman. Kubernetes / OpenShift. Helm. Linux and scripting (Shell). Security automation, patch management, and product environment support. Knowledge of networking fundamentals. Experience with Agile methodology. Bonus points for: experience setting up CI/CD for Data Engineering or Machine Learning pipelines | Deep understanding of DevOps, SRE, IaC principles, and the 12-Factor App methodology. B2+ English level is mandatory.
