Staff DevOps Engineer

I’m hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to join my team at Lean Technologies in Dubai.

You’ll join a strong, experienced DevOps team and help shape how we evolve platform engineering and reliability across Lean.

The role sits at the intersection of platform engineering and reliability: designing shared platforms, improving developer experience, raising reliability standards, and helping engineering teams operate dependable systems at scale.

I’m looking for someone with experience in:

• Designing and operating reliable distributed platforms
• Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and cloud architecture
• Designing for multi-region resilience; multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud experience is a strong advantage
• Leading significant platform or reliability improvements
• Influencing technical direction across multiple teams
• Mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards

Your current title might be Staff DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, Principal Engineer, Infrastructure Lead—or something else entirely. The title matters less than the scope and impact you have owned.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
