Key tasks: • development of models for analyzing and automatically evaluating answers; • conducting experiments with LLMs, prompts, and fine-tuning methods; • preparation and analysis of structured and unstructured data; • creation of ML pipelines and evaluation of model quality; • implementation of developed solutions into production systems.

What is important to us: • two or more years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or NLP; • confident proficiency in Python and advanced SQL; • knowledge of NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch; • experience with Hugging Face Transformers and Datasets; • understanding of SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, adapters, and prompt engineering; • experience in solving tasks of classification, text generation, information extraction, and semantic similarity evaluation; • proficiency in Git.

Advantages will be: experience in fine-tuning LLMs, knowledge of LangChain or LlamaIndex, FastAPI, MLflow, Docker, Whisper or torchaudio, as well as experience in industrial implementation of ML models.
