ML Developer (medtech)

Salary range: 400k - 450k net (after tax) Format: Hybrid in Moscow. Company: Omega Solutions Project: Medtech

Requirements

• Experience in the medical technology (medtech) sphere is preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in ML/DS, including successful implementation of solutions into production environments;
• Experience with LLM and NLP will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently build a complete ML pipeline: from data collection and preparation to model deployment and support;
• Research-oriented mindset: willingness and ability to solve non-standard, research tasks.

Responsibilities

• Creation and integration of AI services for healthcare: NLP for medical texts, classification, recommendations, CV for medical images;
• Dataset preparation, model training, and validation;
• Building a complete in-house ML pipeline (on customer's hardware, without external data transfer);
• Deploying models into production;
• Implementing MLOps practices;
• Working with the following stack: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, HuggingFace, LLM (LangChain), pandas, Docker.
