✅We are Solway, an IT company specializing in custom development and outsourcing. We are currently looking for a Middle ML Engineer to work on innovative healthcare products.

✅About the project The main tasks are related to the development of ML and LLM solutions, including a multi-agent ML core:

• data exploration and insight generation;
• formulation and testing of ML hypotheses;
• research and implementation of alternative LLM/DL solutions;
• full ML development cycle: hypothesis → experiment → validation → production → monitoring;
• working with modern multi-agent frameworks: LangGraph, Deep Agents, etc.

✅Our requirements:

• solid Python and ML stack: PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy;
• experience with LLMs: API integrations, prompt engineering, LLM agents and multi-agent solutions;
• understanding of Transformer architecture and experience applying it in NLP tasks;
• experience with the full cycle of ML tasks up to deploying solutions to production;
• understanding of ML services: REST/gRPC, containerization, logging, monitoring;
• ability to choose and analyze quality metrics for NLP/LLM;
• experience with LangGraph or similar agent frameworks;
• experience using AI development tools: Claude, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity;
• ability to work in a team, participate in code reviews and adhere to engineering standards.

✅Your responsibilities:

• development of ML prototypes and dataset preparation;
• conducting EDA, running and analyzing experiments;
• testing hypotheses for the development of the multi-agent ML core;
• integration and comparison of various LLM/DL models;
• participation in bringing ML solutions to production;
• working with product and medical data with special attention to the quality and correctness of results.

✅It will be important: initiative, independence within tasks and readiness to work closely with Senior ML Engineers and the product team.
