Lead Golang Developer (OSMP)
The OSMP (Open Single Management Platform) platform is designed to manage the security of large enterprises. It is a distributed software complex that provides IT infrastructure management capabilities:
- Distributed management system for Kaspersky products;
- Distributed multi-platform multi-cloud software;
- Management of multiple Kaspersky Lab corporate products for various platforms;
- Mobile device management;
- Vulnerability data collection;
- Patch and update management;
- Hardware and software inventory;
- Software and operating system deployment.
The unified platform provides flexible protection for complex customer infrastructure (workstations, servers, mobile devices, virtual environments, and email services), includes a full set of capabilities for automated threat protection, and allows for the execution of not only IT/IS scenarios but also SIEM, EDR, and XDR scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Development of microservices in Go;
- Creation of new functionality;
- Participation in the selection of new technologies and approaches;
- Conducting Code Reviews.
- Writing tests (unit, smoke, integration);
- Participation in architecture design;
- Participation in the selection of technologies and approaches;
- Participation in supporting test and production environments;
Requirements:
- Go development experience of 6+ years;
- Microservices development experience;
- Linux development experience;
- Understanding of OOP principles;
- Experience with tooling for testing, profiling, documentation, and Go code analysis;
- Experience designing and using REST and RPC interfaces;
- Understanding of SOLID principles and the ability to apply them;
- Knowledge of design patterns and the ability to apply them;
- Experience with Docker/K8s.
