Affiliate Manager (Mongolia / Uzbekistan / Azerbaijan / Turkey)

We are a fast-growing international iGaming brand actively expanding into new markets. We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager with a deep understanding of one of the following regions: Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, or Turkey.

Your responsibilities will include: • Sourcing, attracting, and developing partners, webmasters, and local digital teams. • Building and developing an affiliate network in the assigned GEO. • Full partner support: conducting negotiations, onboarding, setting up tracking, and launching advertising campaigns. • Working with cooperation models such as CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare. • Monitoring traffic quality and efficiency (FTD, deposits, user retention, profitability). • Analyzing results, optimizing existing campaigns, and scaling successful partnerships. • Agreeing on commercial terms with partners. • Monitoring the local market, competitors, and identifying new traffic sources. • Liaising with marketing, analytics, and finance teams.

What we expect from you: • Excellent understanding of the relevant local market, culture, and audience behavior. • Working-level English proficiency. • Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing will be an advantage. • We are considering candidates with limited experience if they have a strong understanding of the local market and relevant expertise. • Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models. • Ability to analyze data, work with metrics and KPIs. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
