A multi-channel platform for notification and management of high-priority incidents in the Bank and Sber Ecosystem with real-time assessment of impact on client services.
The product is intended for top management of the bank and ecosystem, department heads, product owners and leaders, shift supervisors, and IT service support specialists. The main goal is effective management of mass incidents to minimize negative impact on external and internal clients.
Responsibilities
- development and maintenance of the SberESM (Sber Enterprise Service Manager) web application – a system for automating the Bank's ITSM processes, also providing integration interaction for ITSM processes of Ecosystem participants, developed in-house.

- 4+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
- Experience developing ReactJS applications
- Confident knowledge of TypeScript
- Understanding and experience using React-Redux
- Knowledge of Git
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
- skills in working with generative AI models, experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
