I've partnered exclusively with a Series B HealthTech company on a confidential search for a Principal Product Designer.

They've already built an incredibly successful first chapter. Now they're investing heavily in what's next.

This isn't about refining what's already there. It's about helping define what comes next.

I'm looking for an established Principal Product Designer who's comfortable working from first principles, enjoys ambiguity, has experience taking products from zero to one, and combines exceptional product thinking with outstanding UX and visual design craft.

You'll play a key role in shaping product direction, defining the design foundations and influencing the decisions that follow, working alongside a small senior leadership team.

HealthTech experience would be valuable, but I'm equally interested in people who've built thoughtful consumer products where trust, behaviour change and complex information really matter.

This is an opportunity to shape not just the product, but the foundations of the design function.

The business has grown at an extraordinary pace over the last few years. I genuinely think this has the potential to be one of those career-defining opportunities, with equity available.

The main focus is a permanent hire, but we'd happily consider an exceptional freelancer.

This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of three days a week in the office.

A quick clarification, as it's come up in a few conversations already... HealthTech experience is definitely relevant, but I'm looking for more than domain experience. The visual design bar is exceptionally high, so I'll be looking closely at portfolios and case studies for evidence of strong visual craft.
